Many of us came to understand our spiritual health through a religious framework – and, there is an expansiveness of your spiritual health that is waiting for you to experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
1:1<\/strong> Spiritual Coaching<\/strong>: Part spiritual direction, part life coach, part shenanigans where applicable. Using trauma informed and somatic practices, we will help you move in the direction you are\/want to be moving. This resource does not have an age barrier – children and teens deeply benefit from this support, as well as adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Community\/Team Development: <\/strong>Is a group you’re in exhausted? Burned out? Overwhelmed? Stuck? Spiritual health is a part our lives as individuals and in community. I partner with secular and sacred staff teams and communities to develop intentional resources and spaces.
